FlintyLemming f9ef6efe6a docs(post): align AOSC offline install guide with wiki post-install steps

Add chroot-time user (wheel), timezone, locale, and hostnamectl set-hostname.
Fix PermitRootLogin typo and remove incorrect hostnamectl hostname.
